The solar energy recruiting agency Solar Energy House has been accused of pushing a false advertisement for solar energy jobs.
The advertisement for the solar energy recruiter, Solar Energy Home, featured an image of an empty solar panel and the word ‘Solar’.
The company said that the image was “misleading and not representative of the Solar Home workforce”.
In an emailed statement, Solar Home said that it was not trying to mislead and that its ads are accurate.
The solar industry has been struggling to compete with traditional energy sources such as coal, gas, nuclear and hydro.
It is also facing a glut of energy resources.
A recent study by the US Department of Energy showed that global renewable energy production is set to grow at a rate of 7.4 per cent a year from 2020 to 2023, while the US is forecast to produce enough energy to supply 100 million homes with clean, renewable energy.
“The solar energy industry is facing a shortage of qualified workers and skilled workers.
Solar energy recruitment services have a history of being deceptive, with some being sued for deceptive advertising and others having to take their business elsewhere,” Solar Energy said.
Solar Home was hired by Solar Energy on August 20, 2016, and has been providing solar energy recruitments for the past four months.
Solar Energy home advertises solar energy work for its employees and customers, while Solar Energy house advertises its solar energy services.
The Solar Energy recruiter advertises a job for solar-powered workers to be hired in California.
Solar home advertizes a job to be done in Australia.
The company says it is not a solar recruiter and does not accept applications from people looking for work in the US.
However, the company did not respond to a request for comment.
Solar house advertizes solar energy and home maintenance services for its workers and customers in the UK, and says it will continue to work with Solar Energy in the future.
“Solar Home has been actively recruiting workers and recruiting them for the Solar Energy industry for the last two years, and we continue to recruit people for the company in the United States,” Solar Home spokesperson Kristi Norell said.
“Our recruiters are certified in all the relevant solar training courses and we train them on the best techniques for solar recruitment.
We have a high standard of hiring and are committed to hiring the right people to help us grow.”
Solar Home is not the only solar recruiters to be accused of misleading.
A US solar recruitor, Solar Care, was recently forced to pay $1 million to workers and contractors after it was accused of falsely advertising jobs for solar workers.
The US solar recruitment firm said that its recruitment posters had been doctored to appear that Solar Care was not a company with a presence in the country.
Solar Care has been sued for misleading recruitment posters, claiming that it misrepresented its location in order to attract prospective workers.
“I have never seen a recruitment poster in this manner,” Solar Care said in a statement.
Solar Homes advertises Solar Home solar energy in the States, and Solar Care advertises it in Australia, Canada and New Zealand.
SolarHome advertises the solar recruiter Solar Care in the USA, Australia, and New York.
The UK Solar Home advertises jobs to be filled in the U.K. The advertising company Solar Home has also been accused in the past of misleading recruitment candidates in India.
Solar Housing, a solar energy home company based in London, was hired in December 2016 and advertised a solar home service in India that was later found to be false.
In March 2017, Solar Housing was fined £30,000 for misleading job ads, and it is also the target of a lawsuit filed in a U.S. federal court.
In May 2017, a U,S.
jury found Solar Housing liable for false advertising and misleading advertisements for solar home services.
SolarHousing advertises homes in India to be leased out.
Solar Hiring in India has been investigated by a US. government agency and SolarHiring India is now owned by Solar Housing India.
In January 2018, a court in California found SolarHire liable for misleading advertising of its solar home rental services.
In July 2018, Solar Hire paid $6.9 million to settle a lawsuit in California and a $3.7 million fine to settle the California case.
In September 2018, the Solar Hired Home and Solar Hires were ordered to pay a $4.5 million fine in the California solar home lawsuit and $4 million in the New York case.
Solar House is also being sued in the Federal Court in California for misleading advertisements in India for Solar H2H solar homes.
SolarHouse is also accused of misrepresenting the quality of the home-based solar jobs.
